When my home's A/C unit and heat pump needed replacement I spoke with a handful of other popular choices around CLT to have a new unit installed. I chose Precision Air because I was impressed with Chad and Van's attentiveness, professionalism, honesty and a fair price for the job. Their team was able to do the installation the very next day at a price lower than the other companies I considered. I would highly recommend them for your A/C repair/installation needs.

Outstanding! I selected this company for two reasons, their reviews from other people and the fact that Chad responded to my email on Sunday afternoon, very shortly after I sent it. That told me that they cared about getting my business. They were prompt, professional and very courteous when they came to diagnose my problem. Chad was very clear regarding the diagnosis and the cost to make the repair. They arrived promptly the next morning with the part, installed it, and made sure that it worked as promised. I have worked with other heating and air conditioning companies many times in the past with varying degrees of satisfaction regarding the quality of service. This time, I am completely happy with every aspect of their service. They are not the least expensive option out there, but I got exactly what I paid for. I would use them again without hesitation.

When we came home to find a broken a/c unit at 5:50 pm, I called Precision and they arrived by 7:15! They were very knowledgable and talked us through the entire project, explaining each step and alternatives. They were professional & courteous, completed the work as we asked, and cleaned up after themselves. We also had them move some duct work.

Precision Air delivered excellent service. They diagnosed my problem after hours on Tuesday and had my new AC/Heat unit installed and running Thursday afternoon. They were very knowledgable and quoted a fair price. I highly recommend Precision Air.

The owner of Precision Air came out looked over my equipment and while doing so I decided not to fix but to replace. They came the next day and I now have equipment that works and the peace of mind knowing they will maintain this equipment. Very Professional small business and would highly recommend.

This is a very responsive and professional small business. They were quick to respond to our Home Advisor request for recommendations. We made our decision as to which company we would engage and within 24 hours Precisions Air was here to perform the requested check up on our heating system. The technician was an excellent communicator about what he had done and what our next service in the spring (AC) would entail. Precision Air pricing was terrific, much better than the other companies we heard from. We like the fact that this is a local small business. Chad, the owner, is terrific in his response time to questions we had. We have no doubt that should we need emergency service any day of the year Precision Air would be here to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Precision Air, LLC to anyone in the Charlotte area for their HVAC service. I own a home that is a little over 10 years old; my A/C unit was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. Precision Air, LLC was recommended to me by a friend, and I called Chad on a Monday night at about 7:30pm just looking for some information, I got way more than I was bargaining for. Chad and Van were personally at my home by 8:00pm, made a thorough assessment which they explained to me in detail, and all work was completed by 3:00pm the next day. I spoke to other contractors before and after the A/C unit replacement, and they acknowledged that they would not be able to beat - or really even come close - to the fair and reasonable price offered by Precision. Their workmanship was clearly top notch, and county inspection passed on the first try without any issues.
